IR Manager, FTSE 250

Maternity Cover contract – 6-12 months
London

A well-known, FTSE 250 business is looking for an IR Manager on a 6-12 month contract basis to support the Head of IR as a maternity cover. The role is based in London with flexibility and hybrid working. A start date of May/June 2026 is required.

The role will support the execution of the full IR strategy, including taking the lead on drafting of announcements, presentations and other investor materials. You will support with investor targeting, roadshow management, consensus maintenance and ensuring the website is up to date. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The organisation is relatively flat and you will have a lot of exposure to management and CEO/CFO so you must thrive working with executives. The business is fast paced and is going through corporate activity so someone who is resilient and can work well through change will succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have previous IR experience in a listed environment, with a good knowledge of capital markets. You must be a strong writer and be able to craft compelling narrative.  A strong financial literacy is required for this role too. An autonomous and self-motivated individual will thrive in this lean team.
